The BioBag 80 Litre bag is made from plant starch and is 100% compostable and biodegradable.
A BioBag is breathable which allows moisture in food waste to evaporate. Drier waste significantly reduces unpleasant smells. Our bags act as an effective barrier to bacteria, viruses, spores and moulds. As BioBag is a natural product it can be used to collect food waste and when full, can be placed straight into a Brown/Organic bin or home composter.
BioBag 80 Litre compostable bags are strong and sturdy. Our bags are certified as compostable for both industrial and home composting situations and break down, in up to 8 and 12 weeks respectively.
The BioBag 80 Litre bag is suitable for very large kitchen bins and built-in kitchen waste sorting systems.
80 Litre BioBag bags are sold in a web exclusive multi-pack of 2 rolls of 20 bags (40 bags). Using 2 bags per week, this multi-pack will last the average household, of 4 people, an average of 4 months.
